Vital Interest
We may process your information and contact you by email, post or telephone to let you know about urgent safety information or warranty issues relating to the products you own.
 
Credit Card Information:
For orders placed on our website all credit card information is encrypted using SSL Encryption when it is transferred over the internet to our contracted payment processing provider (currently Kibo). Any queries relating to the processing of card data by our third party provider may be directed to info@kibocommerce.com
Where orders for spares and consumables are placed over the telephone credit card details will be stored securely until the order is totally fulfilled. We store sufficient details (minus the CVV code) to enable refunds to be done and any queries to be dealt with for a period of three further months after which they are completely destroyed. This is compliant with PCI regulations currently in force.
 
Sharing your information:
We may share information with third parties for the purposes of fulfilling and delivering your order or return, processing warranty claims, analysing data and providing marketing information. Examples of third parties we may share your data with include:

• Contracted IT partners
• Third party payment service providers such as Kibo
• Marketing platform suppliers such as Dotmailer

• Erase your information (or restrict the use of it), provided we do not have any continuing lawful reason to continue to use and process that information including Vital Interest.
